I'm not a fan of it's stat distribution...unless you're running a sun team with Chlorophyll, it's slow (51 base speed!) and it's attacking stats are mid unless it has Solar Power, but then you'd lose out on the speed boost.
It has such a cool design but it definitely deserved better stats or at least a signature move or ability :(
