So...what the fuck is a red team? Are they good at what they do? Would be nice if the article told us.

So for cyber security you need to simulate attacks and defence, Red teams act as attackers, Blue teams (I think) act as defenders.
So random guys who do those security awareness workshops I am made to attend once a year, basically?
