This slightly beefy version makes me think of Hazard, one of Overwatch's newer characters. He's a tank with a tortoise shell that shoots spikes. He's scottish and the only character in the lore with a completely clear and stated ideology, anarchist.
i mean he is also a kid. that's a significant part of his character.
