The next gen update makes me feel like im playing a complete remake almost.

How did CDPR go from this masterpiece to Cyberpuno? Christ.

I keep quitting that game cos my brain won't let me experience decent pacing and must go to every map marker

It's so boring and depressing. It starts out great but is such a slog to actually play.

It's one of the only games I've ever played all the way through. And I played through the DLCs too which I've never done for any game before or since.

Well they had a strong foundation to base their story on and it's harder to fuck up fantasy compared to speculative futuristic fiction. Much easier to expose your ass when you make something that's so much closer to our own world. Cyberpunk was really just pure hubris and deeply misunderstanding the source material. Terrible game and irredeemable game, even disregarding all the bugs and everything else.
