Number three seems like the equivalent of assless chaps. I vote two

I think of the assless part as depending on whether the individual has chosen to wear a layer underneath the chaps.
Part of the problem here is that's a lore inaccurate spider. It shows most of the legs attached to the abdomen, when all eight legs and the pedipalps are all attached to the cephalothorax.

I saw (I think) the original instance of this meme.
Every time I forget it, another evolution of it pops up.

Number two, unless it's a slutty spider. Then number one.
Since its main purpose is to cover your genitals, none of the above.
If it is just to protect the legs then 2 or 3 does the job, but 2 looks impossible to create in reality unless you sew it around the spider. Maybe we are assuming the spider spins this around itself with its webs so maybe that will work.

Spiders wear onesies.
I think somewhere between 2 and 3. 3 looks weird because the spider's ass is uncovered (it's like if your pants ended at the crotch) and 2 looks more like a spider jumpsuit or pants pulled over the belly.
