Critical support for Elon in his efforts to kill off the bourgeoisie and class traitors one Tesla at a time inshallah

So many Silicon Valley tech workers that I knew were thrilled to have surveillance robots and drones and are probably thrilled to have suburban assault boxes to harass homeless people now, too.

Just like in the cyberpunkerinos. As Original V Do Not Steal, the Legend of Night City(tm) once said, "Not all cops are bastards." so-true bootlicker

Incidentally, did they fix rusting issue from salty water in the sun

[-] Barx@hexbear.net 24 points 5 days ago

I sure hope do. Would love to see cop cars that can be disabled with 3 strikes from a baseball bat.

Militarized is a strong word here. Underneath the wrap and lights it’s still just a poorly made truck.

Considering military grade just means shittiest possible product from the lowest bidder I think it fits the cybertruckkk perfectly

fart noise after "autopilot" failure

[-] InevitableSwing@hexbear.net 14 points 5 days ago

That's my favorite robot in a movie ever. I think what really nailed it for me was the sound effects and its voice - particularly when it was angry.

I used to imitate ED-209's walk as a little kid and use my tucked in forearms as autocannons.

I think that helped me get into MechWarrior 2 later.

Need a car mod that goes

"Reactor online

Sensors online

Weapons online

All systems nominal"

Whenever I start my car

[-] Des@hexbear.net 12 points 5 days ago

dude and i want to hear each of those things either charging up, humming, or mechanical sounds as it "self-tests"

[-] UlyssesT@hexbear.net 7 points 5 days ago

That's some treat enjoyment slop I could totally get into, especially if the music player had some tracks like this built right in:

Oh yeah, Mechwarrior 5 Clans comes out in about a week!

You have to play as Clan Smoke Jaguar, but oh well. That's just about my least favorite Clan. Hell's Horses ftw.

oh damn that soon? I played the shit out of MW5 mercs with a bunch of mods

pirate-jammin

[-] GrouchyGrouse@hexbear.net 6 points 5 days ago

I liked how being a Merc let me kinda role-play as a Robin Hood style. Mining settlement getting harassed by their bosses? Yeah ill take the pay cut to defend the space proletariat

[-] UlyssesT@hexbear.net 6 points 5 days ago

Oh, I know that remake very well. And it's wonderful. cat-vibing

self-igniting cop cars coming soon do-not-do-this acab

also, someone needs to leak some structural flaws in the battery assembly already, just in case it needs a nudge

[-] queermunist@lemmy.ml 14 points 5 days ago

You joke, but I guarantee every single time these spontaneously combust they'll blame BLM or antifa or whatever and use it as an excuse to shoot people.

[-] orshelack@hexbear.net 10 points 5 days ago

Not trying to do fedposting but if they're going to blame us anyway...

[-] nat_turner_overdrive@hexbear.net 17 points 5 days ago

Place some sand in front of a short vertical surface to stop them, a crown victoria is legitimately a better cop car

[-] SorosFootSoldier@hexbear.net 16 points 5 days ago

Peel the window off for the delicious treat inside (FREE GUNS!)

[-] ShimmeringKoi@hexbear.net 12 points 5 days ago

Good, it's much easier to just throw a water balloon

I, for one, am glad the cops are switching to less reliable cars.

Cop cars peaked at the Crown Vic
