how tf is this not satire?

who in their right mind thinks a military weapons expo is the bridge too far?

you literally cannot get any closer to the root without just storming the offices of zionist politicians

heres some ways to handle it:

most people want to do meaningful, rewarding work. the people declared "lazy" or those adverse to any and all work are most likely (1) disabled in some way or (2) have mental health issues that need resolving first. there tiny fraction of people who even in FALSAC would do nothing but stare into space all day are probably practically non-existant

you shouldn't have to face the prospect of a tortuous death just to go to be exploited.

one i typically use on chuds or conservatives that want to force everyone to work, including the tiny amount of people in the U.S. on some sort of welfare or assistance: okay now they are your co-worker and partly your responsibility now. your job is on the line if they can't do theirs (this one only works IRL and only as a way to justify some sort of state welfare programs, not socialism)

ugh can't believe crpyto is doing another pump. if it gets official U.S. state backing (which like you stated, looks inevitable) it's going to go above 100k and might stay there until the empire falls

still not fucking with btc but good luck to anyone that wants to try to make some money off this dying husk

one day we're going to go beyond the model of addiction which unfortunately has been poisoned by both religion and the entire addiction-industrial complex (what i call Forever Recovery)

it's going to end up being far more complex and rooted in material conditions then most mainstream realize

this mostly applies to the U.S. but also most of the western world:

As Marxists we know that most policy is driven by what capital allows or within the increasingly narrow range of acceptable discourse it allows within bourgeois dictatorship

Obviously it's not a conspiracy of ten guys in a secret room but a general consensus that develops from a chaotic web-like oligarchy of money peddlers, influencers, lackeys, billionaire puppetmasters, etc

But this really, really hurts Capital. they need the influx of cheap labor or face the real threat of forced degrowth. and we know every international-community-1 international-community-2 including russia-cool is trying to make it harder for people to be childless but short of forcing people to procreate at gunpoint..

  • so why allow this to become a bipartisan consensus (U.S.) instead of say throwing some scraps of social democratic programs?

  • or in Europe's case allowing these parties to come to power instead of reversing some neoliberal austerity?

Is this a case of anti-immigration just being easier to do vs. building resiliency into the system? i mean it's always easier to write laws crimializing stuff and throwing cops at a problem i suppose

Or something else?

so i've thought about getting a script as a sort of one-two punch. one, to save my thinning hair so it can still look cute. two, the side effects would be scary if they weren't basically just "ooops you transed yourself"

ohnoes oh noes... what ever will i do if i grow boobies and my body hair thins

but seriously, some of the side effects (depression) I thought were maybe from cis men getting gender dysphoria but seems even transfemmes have experienced it. at least reading some reddit posts

anyone had experience with this? i'm hoping it can be a sort of gateway to everything else. dip my toes in the hormone adjustments

and minoxidil has never seemed to work for me. i know i won't get my hair line back but i'm cool with that.

just wanted to let everyone know that i do read everything, react IRL, and upbear. my social anxiety and ADHD has crawled even into my posting/commenting online which i was immune to when younger. i was wild in early forums and chatrooms

also not sure how long is too long to reply. things move slower in the lemmyverse but i'm so afraid of a reply being too "stale"

whats everyone else think about reply/comment protocol real or imagined?

these were given to me by one of my elementary school teachers. they are really tiny, about 1/3 the size of a dollar

i also have some south vietmanese currency apparently! i think those were given to me by my mom.

i used to collect lots of coins + bills as a kid just found my stash while cleaning

this is what i need/am looking for:

  1. note taking on android, maybe PC too.
  2. easy to check them off, ability to set it to push notification about specific notes
  3. tied to a calendar
  4. voice to text capabilities. i need to be able to dictate a reminder on the go.
  5. preferably free but i would totally pay for these features. just not subscription model

Commiepunk sicko-wistful I love the little details like the 3 arrows poster in the newstand. one for $, one for the republican party and one for the democrats. apparently the PUA is a democratic socialist state led by a coalition of the CPA and a socialist party. more art by Fan Wennan
