For context, Mario & Luigi Brothership has been getting great reviews, except IGN who randomly have them a 5 and people have been mocking them because people who have played the game love it. Now obviously it's just IGN being stupid and not liking that RPGs have a lot of dialogue. But for some reason idiots like this think it's because IGN is woke...

This is IGN, they give random scores all the time, FFS everyone remembers the too much water score. This has nothing to do with the woke agenda you dumb fucks.

Also Birdo is trans and Luigi is a drag queen, suck it Chuds, Nintendo was always woke.

The specific critiques I saw when just skimming people talking about it don't even seem that unbelievable.

Like they said something like the game is too obnoxiously handholdy with tutorial dialogue and also they thought Luigi was basically an annoying obstacle to manage rather than a partner.

Now I haven't seen the game yet so I can't tell if that's true but that just seems like plausible things that a Mario and Luigi game might fuck up.

Like it would make way more sense to accuse IGN of "woke" if the review was complaining about lack of diversity or something, but it's just a normal fucking review lmao
