It's cringe, but the diet is not that bad is it? Like I'm vegan and do a WFPB diet so I'd not come within 10ft of this person's kitchen, but it still doesn't look too cursed compared to the average person
also with the alcohol comments, "burgers & beers with the boys" is cringe, but champagne on Tuesday is probably related to NYE
i personally would consider this a poor diet
