There was significant prior evidence of bombing threats to the Murrah building, bomb sweeps had been done prior to April 19th and emergency police services were dispatched about 90 minutes prior to the bombing, corroborated by eye witness testimony both civilian and emergency service personnel. Plus a ton of stuff in that book that I’m sure I don’t remember.
