Example:

  1. Articles must be relevant to politics. Links must be to quality and original content. Articles should be worth reading. Clickbait, stub articles, and rehosted or stolen content are not allowed. Check your source for Reliability and Bias here.
  2. Be civil, No violations of TOS. It’s OK to say the subject of an article is behaving like a (pejorative, pejorative). It’s NOT OK to say another USER is (pejorative). Michelle Obama, the person who wasn't even thrilled about her husband being president and not loving the strain it put on their family?

Put this on the pile of shit Palin completely makes up.

[–] FuglyDuck@lemmy.world 9 points 1 year ago (2 children)

honestly...Michelle might make a good pres. I dunno. Can't be worse than Palin. or Trump. Or virtually anyone with the dreaded "R" next to their name.

[–] AFKBRBChocolate@lemmy.world 7 points 1 year ago (1 children)

She'd probably be pretty good, but based on the things they say it's the last thing she'd want to do.

[–] FuglyDuck@lemmy.world 2 points 1 year ago

Agreed, unless she really doesn't want the job, that could be a double edged razor there.

[–] massive_bereavement@kbin.social 2 points 1 year ago (1 children)

It's a sad day when the bar is so low a good president is someone who may not start a coup.

[–] FuglyDuck@lemmy.world 3 points 1 year ago

welcome to the last... 8 years? (12 if we're using hindsight.)

[–] ForestOrca@kbin.social 6 points 1 year ago (1 children)

And then ask why TF is anyone listening to Sarah Palin. Now, Michael Palin, I'd be happy to listen to him.

[–] AFKBRBChocolate@lemmy.world 4 points 1 year ago

I'd rather listen to Michael Palin blow bubbles than Sarah Palin talking.

[–] SuiXi3D@kbin.social 4 points 1 year ago (1 children)

The fact that she wouldn’t want to do it makes her perfect for it.

[–] AFKBRBChocolate@lemmy.world 4 points 1 year ago

It should be a requirement!

[–] AbidanYre@lemmy.world 35 points 1 year ago (2 children)

Sarah Palin is a moron. Why would anyone listen to her predictions?

[–] geosoco@kbin.social 5 points 1 year ago

Absolutely, but this is another "don't tempt me with a great time" example. Where certain a politican tries to name something they think is awful, but actually sounds like something great.

Even a broken clock is right twice a day.

I certainly don't think Michelle Obama will be the nominee, but I think Biden is looking increasingly like a very poor choice for the Dem nomination.

I say that as a centre left British person wondering what the dems are thinking.

"Your bodies would crumble as your minds collapsed into madness."

"Is it weird that I wanna do it even more now?"

"Mmm, a little bit, yeah."

Breaking news: Republican hack and has been, famous for being wrong about everything says words.

[–] theodewere@kbin.social 2 points 1 year ago (1 children)

is this how Sarah gets money from racist white women

[–] TechyDad@lemmy.world 3 points 1 year ago

It's the standard Republican tactic.

"If the Democrats win, this thing that's scary to racists will happen!"

Racists give campaign contributions and buy the candidate's merchandise.

"The people you hate are colluding with the Democrats to do scary things!!!"

Racists give more money!

"Groups that you hate are the reason that you're poor and that your lives are so miserable!"

Racists clean out their bank accounts and throw wads of money to the Republicans.

Who in the world cares what she has to say...? In 2033?

[–] halfempty@kbin.social 1 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Palin's level of delusion is spectacular.

[–] theotherone@kbin.social 1 points 1 year ago

It’s a spectacle, that’s for sure.
