But man the combat system was a slog. Interesting ideas though. But it was a great story.

I do favor vii though, but I've been thinking of giving 6 a run.

7 had my favorite organization (Avalanche) and the best fight system, I just like the characters in 8 the most ❤️

My problem with 6 was that every time I try to play it I get distracted by something and never finish it 😂

It was overrated, though not the worst.

It's my personal shame I never finished FF6 as a kid, I'm sure I was getting really close to the end and got road blocked by some boss encounter at the top of I think a tower you had to climb. Probably could have retreated and found somewhere to grind but I just never picked it back up.

Yeah if it wasn't for the music and the story, I think I would've dropped it. Little me was super immersed and really wanted to make sure all the characters got their happy endings
