Our government and our nationalists desperately want to be taken seriously by the other colonial powers so when we get a chance to kill people our bloodthirsty soldiers gleefully display their sadism to the world. Then they have the gall to clutch their pearls when resistance movements do more than they ever have with a fraction of the wanton death and carnage.
