I may try to do something like this in my free time because it actually sounds like something I'd use. There's public libraries & models (OpenAI's Whisper comes to mind) available that seem pretty mature which could be a good starting position for the speech recognition part.

I actually prefer the e-mail patch based workflow over things pull/merge requests, it prevents me from having like 9 different accounts on 9 different Git forges.

I'm curious as to what everyone's reasons are! The Linux desktop has came quite a far ways in the last few years and is improving every day. I'd say for most people, Linux could easily replace Windows as their daily driver nowadays.
