I have had multiple DM convos with Chinese netizens who are like wait holy shit its that bad? Then we will go back and forth talking about how its capitalisms fault and having extremely based conversations. Its SO refreshing to chat with them. Outside of lemmy its so rare to talk to someone as based as they are.
Really makes me want to make an account, but I have been trying to be less internet addicted this year
Lol ya i get that struggle. What i would recommend if you really want to make one is do so, and then every 10 minutes you spend on it you must take a break and exercise. Moderation is key.

Eh, what can you do, if moderators care more about aggression towards transphobia than taking a hardline stance against transphobia, then there's not much that can be done to help.
