I'm sure this is an art piece but how do you even do that metalworking?
Look for "thick wall pipe bending" or "mandrel bending" for some examples of what can actually be accomplished
It's either a render (cgi or whatever) or it's made from a bendable material and painted to look like metal
It looks like you could pretty easily do this with some PVC/ plastic pipe but the thickness is too consistent to actually be metal IMO.
This is photoshop, but the answer to your question would be “extremely carefully” with many failed attempts.
