Otherwise, another person that always get used together as a meme, that's Obama, a black person is depicted as Tigger, which doesn't make a damn sense.

I literally remember chuds back in the day purposely going out of the way to use words that rhymed with the n word when they were talking about Obama and then pretend they weren't being racist, you'd have to be stupid to not understand how obviously it's just overt racism.
