According to the UK's Department For International Trade it's overwhelmingly "Non-ferrous metal products" at $8.5 billion in 2019. Financial services (credit and "miscellaneous financial services") are 2 & 3 on the list by value, but only a bit more than $200 million in total for both of them.

Probably predominantly from that mountain that Rio Tinto/Kennecott Copper continues to decimate

edit—from the article:

The mine is owned by Rio Tinto Group, a British-Australian multinational corporation.

So yeah

Gold, probably. Kinda funny

[–] carpoftruth@hexbear.net 13 points 1 month ago (1 children)

are you sure it's not copper? bingham canyon is there and it's enormous. NV produces the most gold of any state by far

[–] TerminalEncounter@hexbear.net 6 points 1 month ago

No idea, I figured British empire = wants gold and Utah = has a lot of gold mines

[–] mkultrawide@hexbear.net 13 points 1 month ago

Yeah it's gold.

[–] Gorb@hexbear.net 6 points 1 month ago

What does Connecticut send to Germany?

[–] AcidSmiley@hexbear.net 17 points 1 month ago

Apparently it's mostly aircraft parts.

Turns out Hogwarts is real but it's in Utah. When you're a wizard kid in Britain you gotta go to Utah before coming of age. You win some, you lose some.

Shocked that Iowa's biggest partner is not China. They send so much pork and have independent diplomatic channels.

I believe the correct answer is Saints.

I think their saints are of the last days.

Florida exporting to Brazil is really funny, that's where the Brazilian chuds go when they leave Brazil

Now do the US ~~colonies~~ territories!

I wonder what Puerto Rico's biggest international trading partner is? (Not certain of the other colonies' situations)

They are forced to ship everything via Amerikkkan made, owned, and operated ships. So even without the sanctions on Venezuela, which i think is the closest mainland country, they are in effect sanctioned as non-voting second-class "citizens" on the imperial periphery.

Apparently Ireland has the most international imports, and the top for exports were the Dutch.
