Aging is a bitch.
Spicy food never really gave me acid reflux. The biggest factor for me beating acid reflux was eating less and slower.
Quitting coffee was one of the hardest things to do. Every morning I have to walk into the office, tired af, but must forego the shitty cheap free coffee in the breakroom. Caffeine is a helluva drug.

Forgot chocolate
Stress. Inflammation. Lack of sleep.
Dont take zantac for it. It causes pancreatic cancer. Lost my dad to it after taking it for years. There's a class action suit that doesn't pay out if (when for p.c.) you die

I take Prilosec daily to mitigate the same factors. Minus coffee, but subbed with energy drinks.
I just keep a loaf of bread next to me at all times.
