ankylosaurus is like something you'd invent because your dino rts needed an ultralisk
When I was a boy - a million years ago - I loved triceratops. But now Spinosaurus is my favorite because not only is it the biggest land carnivore ever it's like something out of a nightmare.
I'm too old to actually have a favorite dinosaur, so I have to defer to my child self, who's screaming ankylosaurus.
Carnotaurus. I just think the horns are neat. Looks like a creature out of a sword and sorcery comic.
Plus the arms are adorable.
Raptor with feathers because you can still find them today.
Compsognathus. Cute lil buggers
Sinosauropteryx because they're super cute and we actually know they had a ringtail

Favorite non-avian dinosaur though? I always liked ornithomimosaurs (funny enough meaning "bird mimic") like Deinocheirus. Bipedal but with very long arms
Dilophosaurus is always my go to answer. The crests existing to support a massive nasal cavity is a really cool semi-recent discovery.
Dilos are adorable, I always kept hordes when I played ark
Pachycephalosaurus for those sick skulls that'll bash anything.
