This way, you can starve and oppress the people of the enemy nation as well as condemn their leadership on the grounds of starving and oppressing their people!! Wondrous!!

You could make a mockery of Macron and you'll probably be arrested; he really doesn't take well to criticism (if I recall correctly he pursued legal action against someone who put up pictures of him likening him to Hitler)
