This motherfucker can kill hundreds of thousands of Palestinians but won't kill a single Republican.

[–] Bureaucrat@hexbear.net 45 points 1 month ago (1 children)

Those Republicans are his close, personal friends.

[–] Evilsandwichman@hexbear.net 19 points 1 month ago (1 children)

Biden would French kiss Kissinger before he'd sneeze to save a Palestinian life

[–] nohaybanda@hexbear.net 12 points 1 month ago (1 children)

He should pop a vessel and spare us from watching a moment more of this farce

YEAR OF 4 PRESIDENTS. KEEP HOPE ALIVE

[–] SacredExcrement@hexbear.net 25 points 1 month ago (1 children)

There's even precedent for the President to legally have anyone killed now with the 'absolute immunity' ruling

Joe Biden could just have a drone turn Trump into a pink mist and memories

[–] freagle@lemmygrad.ml 4 points 1 month ago (1 children)

I don't think that's precedent, is it? Was the court case about murder?

[–] Philosoraptor@hexbear.net 20 points 1 month ago (1 children)

It was explicitly raised as a hypothetical during the oral arguments at SCOTUS, and Trump's team argued that it would be covered by immunity as long as the President thought he was genuinely acting in the national best interest.

[–] gay_king_prince_charles@hexbear.net 12 points 1 month ago (1 children)

Trump's team

Justice Samuel Alito, but same difference

no more half measures walter

[–] FALGSConaut@hexbear.net 49 points 1 month ago (1 children)

How am I not surprised that his biggest criticism of Project 2025 is that it would hurt the line going up.

All the fascist shit is chill with him, but won't someone think of the economy!

[–] drhead@hexbear.net 16 points 1 month ago (1 children)

I'm fairly certain the thought process is exactly:

"Project 2025 needs to be stopped. It would be bad for..."

checks opinion polls for what issue voters prioritize right now

"...the economy!"

I see it as a comical artifact of how hyper-optimized towards polling and focus groups that party messaging has become. An inevitable consequence of liberal democracy in the information age.

[–] FALGSConaut@hexbear.net 12 points 1 month ago

They can't even check the pulse of America right, if they really wanted people to oppose P2025 they would say it's pro-health insurance CEO and anti green-outfitted Italian plumbers

But they won't because they are cowards (and pro health insurance of course)

[–] miz@hexbear.net 49 points 1 month ago

damn Joe I hope the president reads your tweet

[–] Infamousblt@hexbear.net 39 points 1 month ago

Man if only the president for the last 4 years did anything about it

[–] SorosFootSoldier@hexbear.net 39 points 1 month ago (1 children)

He's fighting back against fascism by tweeting, sweetie maybe-later-honey

[–] Redcuban1959@hexbear.net 9 points 1 month ago (1 children)

Didn't Biden say that Trump spent more time on Twitter than at the being President?

[–] SorosFootSoldier@hexbear.net 8 points 1 month ago

Dang tweeto is back in the white house!

[–] QuillcrestFalconer@hexbear.net 35 points 1 month ago (1 children)

Why's he praying to god? He lost the mandate of heaven

the Mississippi will soon flood and locusts will soon descend on the wheat fields of the midwest soon

The will of Heaven will be done

[–] DragonBallZinn@hexbear.net 35 points 1 month ago (1 children)

What a bunch of pathetic cowards.

Don’t want project 2025 to happen, I dunno declare martial law. Subvert democracy. Plead with China to aid you in stopping the inevitable fascist uprising.

I don’t care if literally every single American except for me has read and loved every word of project 2025. You’re the president and you can do whatever to stop it.

[–] Redcuban1959@hexbear.net 12 points 1 month ago

He doesn't even need aid from China, he could literally just say the election was a fraud and no one would do anything about it if he moved troops into congress and the supreme court. Democrats will conplain about shit that they could literally fix.

[–] GnastyGnuts@hexbear.net 34 points 1 month ago (2 children)

Joe Biden has been arguably the worst president of my lifetime (I've lived through Clinton, W. Bush, Obama, Trump, Biden)

I was so young for the Clinton years I have no real memory of it, so he has an unfair advantage.

[–] Dessa@hexbear.net 21 points 1 month ago (2 children)

Cinton sucked, but he still had to make coalitions with old skool dems. Biden is the worst since Reagan, IMO

[–] Redcuban1959@hexbear.net 10 points 1 month ago

Pretty sure Clinton was also hated by the Old Democrats, Jimmy Carter hates him and Obamna. I still remember when Evo Morales visited Carter and spoke with him about the US and ignored Obama, he literally didn't even meet with Obama.

[–] someone@hexbear.net 1 points 1 month ago

My favourite Clinton photo. Because it just lays it all out.

[–] OprahsedCreature@lemmy.ml 21 points 1 month ago (1 children)

Maybe as many war crimes as Bush? Fewer non-war crimes than Trump. I actually don't know how many war crimes Clinton did either. Obama might be tied with Trump for war crimes on the lower end of this list. This is purely anecdotal and from memory.

[–] falgscode@hexbear.net 13 points 1 month ago (1 children)

I actually don't know how many war crimes Clinton did either.

plenty. bombing China's embassy to Yugoslavia, the NATO bombing of Yugoslavia in general, blockading Iraq and deliberately starving half a million kids, school of the americas training Columbian and Mexican (and probably Guatemalan and the rest of south and central america but the first two in the 90s for sure) death squads, etc. etc. etc.

[–] OprahsedCreature@lemmy.ml 7 points 1 month ago

deliberately starving half a million kids

Ah, so Biden-level at the least then

[–] Homme_Tanks@hexbear.net 33 points 1 month ago

"pls don't do p 2025"

pardons human trafficker judge and numerous other grafters

[–] lorty@lemmygrad.ml 29 points 1 month ago

I wonder who has the power to stop him πŸ€”

[–] WatDabney@lemmy.dbzer0.com 28 points 1 month ago

And that pretty much sums up the full extent of establishment Democrat principles and determination.

"Project 2025 would be an economic disaster! And trust me, I know my economic disasters! πŸ˜‰"

...

"Wait, why isn't anyone laughing?"

[–] Evilphd666@hexbear.net 25 points 1 month ago* (last edited 1 month ago)

Where the fuck were you when they were inplementing that in 23 states during your term? Oh that's right too busy doubling down on funding fascists and genocides. die-motherfucker

[–] SweetLava@hexbear.net 24 points 1 month ago

"[T]he only way ... to lead America is to lead ... America" - great work Joe

[–] Redcuban1959@hexbear.net 23 points 1 month ago (1 children)

You could literally sign laws that would basically banned at least half of the things that Project 2025 wants to do, but no, you won't do that.

[–] Bureaucrat@hexbear.net 10 points 1 month ago (1 children)

He could literally have Trump disappeared if he wanted to

[–] sevenapples@lemmygrad.ml 5 points 1 month ago

Legally too, if I'm not mistaken

[–] MemesAreTheory@hexbear.net 21 points 1 month ago

Won't somebody think of the real victim of Project 2025, The Economyβ„’!

I hate these people and their completely inhuman existence.

[–] huf@hexbear.net 18 points 1 month ago

[–] barrbaric@hexbear.net 5 points 1 month ago

Drone strike Trump, Joe. It's legal and approved by the supreme court!
