Esse youtuber parece acreditar que o objetivo com o USAID é mais interno que externo. Que o que Trump está buscando é consolidar poder dentro dos EUA, retirando recursos de instituições com alto grau de autonomia para, posteriormente, usar recursos a partir de fontes que ele controla diretamente.
Tem isso. Talvez a dificuldade em ver o objetivo seja porque não é um objetivo para os estados Unidos, mas para sua oligarquia. Se a gente muda de perspectiva, talvez seja mais fácil entender o jogo.
Tenho muita dificuldade em aceitar essa explicação de que são apenas loucos, sem lógica. Mesmo que tenham medo, vão criar um objetivo, que alcançado, elimina a causa do medo. Não é possível que não haja uma definição do que seria uma "vitória" estadunidense, qual o endgame que eles perseguem.
Depois de postar isso ontem vi um comentário na Internet apostando na volta da divisão do mundo em zonas de influência. Um recuo dos EUA, de influência global para influência regional poderia ser um objetivo, fortalecendo a posição em uma parte do globo e abandonando outras.
O problema é que embora seja relativamente fácil ver quais as áreas abandonadas, quais seriam as fortalecidas? Por lógica, seriam as Américas, mas tanta hostilidade com Canadá e México só fazem sentido caso o objetivo seja realmente uma anexação.

The models are open source meaning you can download them and run them. But the training data and code to train the model is not. So, they stills control the model, as there is no way to replicate it.
The question is put on wrong terms. All social order is derived from violence. What make the law, the law is the menace of violence. What supports democratic institutions are the violence of police and military against who don't abide the order. So, violence is inescapable. The righ question is not if it's justified, but WHO and WHEN have the right to commit violence. When put under these terms, it's much more simpler question.
