TV license as it stands only exists to prop up the enterprise of thugs that go round bullying vulnerable people. Oh and the criminal paper waste for sending out the threat letters that I get like every 2 weeks "are you in on the 24th we're coming for you". Not that they've ever sent anyone I imagine they specifically target people they know they can coerce.

Like if the charge is kept just roll it into the fucking cable subscription cost??? Make it subscription on the bbc website???????? It literally is just to keep the thugs for hire company going. Oh and the irony being the cost of sending out someone to do this and prosecute probably costs more than the fucking license does

"the browser is a sandbox" the people exclaim as they get used for remote code execution over and over again

Life was better when jewlery made me spontaneously combust. Bread hasn't been the same since they stopped putting plaster in it

NMS is still a buggy jankfest that took years to get a sort inventory button and yet its still one of my favourites. Being able to fly from planet to planet scratches an itch no other game really does

Nah bring back Victorian style capitalism. Coffee is now 5% actual coffee and the rest is laced with dirt and my farts, maybe some anthrax for fun

The funny thing about this take is making and distributing a game has never been cheaper, just cos the cost of games hadn't gone up in price doesn't mean companies were doing this out of charity... Also games have gone up in price indirectly with dlc, season passes, battle passes, cosmetics, lootboxes.

Damb the game companies are so kind and nice to us that must be why they're raking in more cash than ever before!

By the looks of things nobody except ultimate goobers hold this take anymore fortunately

On one hand they do seem to be taking extra DRM steps this time with the cartridges only containing a download key.

On the other hand Nintendo also tend to make really trivial mistakes that blow their consoles wide open so my money is on some remote code execution via the stupid webcam accessory.

Still not as bad as Sony and 3 generations of browser exploits in a row. Or tony hawks games

Anyway you can't milk oats they don't have nipples. Unlike almonds

Nucleic domination has finally come to an end once and for all!

Just a little. A small amount.

Indiana jones game is one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen and the implementation of this fad tech is actually impeccable
