If by ‘country’ she means ‘white cishet capitalist men’ and by ‘party’ she means ‘the rest of humanity’, then this makes perfect sense.
It's much simpler, it's preparation to have republicans in government, she promised that few days ago and now they cooked catchy slogan for that.
