I learned while reading some of these comments that the NYPD isn’t as incompetent as I’d like to think deeper-sadness

Turns out when you have the budget the same as the GDP of a small country, it’s kinda hard to be

It's actually very easy to be incompetent with a large budget, and I will happily provide that service to anyone who needs it.
