Says between bush and Obama it's 4,5, but doesn't count Libia 250k.
Also, Syria, Yemen were only Obama, and in Irak and Afghanistan Obama years were worse. So id say the death toll of Obama should be about 3 Millon people possibly more, while trump didn't do anything that could compare, even if you count his COVID deaths that's only a million, keep in mind the worst COVID year was 21.
This also ignores that the draconian sanction regime only started under Obama, and so did the Ukraine war.
The only living person who has killed more people is bill gates, due to his lobbying to impose copyright on COVID vaccines that were originally meant to be open source. But it's close.
