The British from their empire days onwards?

Fascism isn't endemic to Germany, far from it, Germany was just fucked by WWI treaties with no way out and no hopes for future so nationalism/fascism germinated there the most (and they lost the war so we know about their fascism the most).

The US shouldn't be trusted with a country either, but in that case there are indigenous inhabitants to return it to. We can make a Jewish state out of the rubble of Germany and send non-indigenous Americans worth saving there if they want.

England should be sunk into the sea if that would take out JK Rowling. They don't have any food or culture so nothing would happen. For reference, an exhibit of alleged British vegan "food":
