Went there for work, but got some real Cuban rum while there along with some good mole paste. So I am drinking the real Cuba Libre and making some tofu mole tonight. Feeling pretty good right now. What are y'all up to?

You liked the veggie stock/mole combo? I think of mole as almost being sweet and chocolatey so I was surprised to read that!

I like it quite a bit. It is still a bit sweet, but the mole sweetness will vary based on the style and location. I got the mole in Puebla, which is where the really sweet mole comes from. But I was able to get mole paste that isn't that sweet.
