I'm aware, I'm just sayin'
he will have to serve his term from prison if Georgia convicts, though. can't pardon himself of a state offense and Georgia's pardon system isn't handled by the governor -- you have to serve 5 years and then be pardoned by a board of 5.
Or, he'll do what he does in literally every other situation, ignore that, say "what're you foing to do about it" and then the libs will right 2000 opinion pieces on why somebody (not them obviously maybe another lifelong republican spook) should do something to stop them.
...or you have to get the right wing psychos on the supreme court to make up a bullshit legal principle.
