fr like what exactly is supposed to be the mechanism by which this "fact" is sourced? Did multiple real estate brokers all call journalists because of how many calls they were getting?? Did the rich people call journalists to tell them they were calling real estate brokers?? Are journalists specifically calling real estate brokers to track their call volume and the demographics of their callers?????
