I pulled the titles from the lawsuit. tl;dr theyre trying to say that rittenhouse was deputized by the police departments and are suing these departments as well. below are the crimes they list in the doc

  1. conspiracy to deprive constitutional rights

  2. conspiracy to obstruct justice based on invidious discrimination

  3. equal protection

  4. first amendment retaliation

  5. deprivation of due process

  6. failure to intervene

  7. municpal liability / monell policy claim

  8. intentional infliction of emotional distress

  9. negligent infliction of emotional distress

  10. negligence

  11. negligent hiring, supervision, and training

  12. survival

  13. wrongful death

  14. respondeat superior

  15. indemnification
