Just adding more and more clauses until maybe arguably the US (only its clandestine services and a few dozen of its proxies) didn't brake the "rule" with no consequence since this is just a fiction to mask pure power projection.

Most libs are citing "Russian imperialism" and genuinely seem to believe that it is a colonial style war for territory. They believe that Russian forces are not significantly advancing because of the valor of Ukrainian fighter and not because conquering whole of Ukraine was not Russia's plan in the first place.
