One of the more insidious ways that NPD people can exploit others is their demand for your compassion and taking advantage of it with no reciprocation.
NPD is also different to ASPD. It's often inflicted on someone by their upbringing.

How nice of DroneRights! I'm sure they'll be very receptive, since their whole daily schedule is seemingly dedicated to this
Seems like such a waste of time and effort to me. I think at this point it's probably best to just ignore it instead of fueling its narcissism.
