sunflower oil, water, vinegar (wine vinegar and alcohol vinegar), sugar, triple tomato paste, EGG yolk, iodized salt, MUSTARD (vinegar, water, MUSTARD seeds, iodized salt, sugar, turmeric, coriander , chili pepper, paprika), modified starches, salt, dehydrated parsley, spice extracts (paprika, turmeric), smoked paprika powder, thickener (xanthan gum), chili powder, smoke flavoring (contains GLUTEN), natural lemon.

Seems like it'd be analogous to North Carolina barbecue with the mustard/vinegar focus.
