"Acknowledgement of eachother's narratives yadda yadda" is some really disingenuous shit. It is always selectively applied. None of these ghouls are talking about acknowledging the narratives of any enemies of the empire. It is just now that many people are beginning to sympathise with an oppressed and colonised people that it is suddenly important to "acknowledge the narrative" of the oppressors.
And even if it were being applied consistently it is a dumbas idea. All narratives are not equal, sometimes one narrative is true while another is a lie, one is a call for justice while another is an excuse for genocide.
A positive peace in Palestine, for all ethnic and religious groups, begins with the acknowledgement of history. Treating the perpetrators as morally equals to their victims is only going to delay the necessary reckoning with the Lebensraum ideology of Zionism.
