I played a dota game with a guy from Cuba, his ping was really high so I assumed he was Peruvian (US servers are where all of Peru play lol, apparently they get better ping from it than the one in Peru because of the Andes or something.) he told me he was cuban and I said Viva m26 and he said Viva Castro.
