They say that Hexbear only has enough keyboards for half of its posters, so they send people into threads in pairs, and when the first poster is banned, the second picks up his keyboard and continues posting bugs-stalin

It was back on reddit, during the US election. When Trump seemed to be pulling ahead and r/neoliberal was in doomer mode I went and posted a picture of Lenin titled "Where did that bring you? Back to me."

Predictably I got banned, but I did double dip and post the screenshot to chapo.

I was homeless at the time and it really brightened my day

I'm a posting anti-natalist. I'm deeply ashamed of every single time I forced a bad comment to exist. I sincerely hope I'll never succumb to making another comment.

Edit: Oh no sadness-abysmal

Literally every single removed post for revealing the boundaries of speech on the website. Showing you all what's safe to say and what's not. I'm effectively a minesweeper dying over and over so that you may flourish safely on this website. You're welcome.

[-] PointAndClique@hexbear.net 7 points 9 months ago

did you know it's actually mines weeper (one who weeps at mines) not mine sweeper as people think but you camt tell because the words are smushed together

[-] DayOfDoom@hexbear.net 7 points 9 months ago

Can I get a fact check on this?

[-] Parsani@hexbear.net 14 points 9 months ago

None of them. Each of my posts are just further descents into liberalism

[-] PointAndClique@hexbear.net 7 points 9 months ago

I'm proud of you for admitting it. Brave and inspiring.

[-] Rom@hexbear.net 11 points 9 months ago

There was a post about the highest point in Iowa and I said "it's all downhill from here" and it only got a few upvotes. My genius went unappreciated sadness

Then there was the time I commented on reddit about how Nazis and transphobes deserved to be cyberbullied, and the reddit-logo admins deleted my comment and gave me a warning for it, which automatically turned it into a based comment.

[-] PointAndClique@hexbear.net 6 points 9 months ago

My genius went unappreciated

We see you, we hear you, we care about you

[-] Infamousblt@hexbear.net 11 points 9 months ago

All of them. Every bit I've ever posted or will ever post is perfect just the way it is, and nobody will tell me otherwise.

The thing about wanting to get humiliated and vored by communist anthro hyenas

[-] PointAndClique@hexbear.net 4 points 9 months ago

How did I miss this one, I have to go back to sorting by Active. Supremely powerful posting.

I made a joke about having diarrhea for two weeks and it got deleted by the mods.

To post hard enough to take friendly fire is a mood.

Years ago their was a stupid reddit sub where people would staple bread to trees... So quirky amirite? Anyway, I see this sub pop up in /all, some dingus posts "communist bread" and it's just a tree... lol le starvation, 100 godzillian ded ensues.

I just said something like 'yeah, under communism the bread is distributed and someone ate it instead of wasting food by doing something so stupid as stapling it to a tree.'. Ratioed the post and all the comments.

Another time I called some cracker what he was and he started to seethe hard and posted his rage. So I start spam replying "chicken in a biscuit", "Ritz", "Club", "Saltine", etc. ad nauseum, 🍘 emojis too. Got an admin suspension for that one. Replied and told them to eat my ass. They didn't care apparently and my suspension expired at the set time. Might log back on some day and go nuclear with cracker posting.

[-] Smeagolicious@hexbear.net 6 points 9 months ago

Since commie anthro hyenas were already mentioned, I'm proud to serve 🫡

[-] PointAndClique@hexbear.net 2 points 9 months ago

my lazy attempt

I wish my earnest attempts looked even one hundredth as good flop-pog

[-] Smeagolicious@hexbear.net 3 points 9 months ago

I always encourage anyone who has the desire, time, and/or motivation to work on sketching/doodling! As someone who is trying to pursue art semi professionally I’m not that good lol, but what skill I have has been built through almost pure time and repetition more than anything. In the wise words of a cartoon dog, "Sucking at something is the first step towards being sorta good at something."

I'm going to dig through my archives looking for underappreciated posts

A fairly recent set of posts was on Whittier, Alaska being the perfect setting for a US version of Uzumaki. They are here and here (seriously check this post out it's wild if you've ever read the manga)

[-] PointAndClique@hexbear.net 3 points 9 months ago

I remember those Uzumaki ones. Creepy as and cool as shit. Great post.

everytime you make a tedious meme in GIMP you get a little better, you get assetsfor future work, and you learn something new, you'll do even better next time!

it's hilarious btw

i think this description of how Signal is a metadata gift to certain adversaries was pretty good

[-] bubbalu@hexbear.net 4 points 9 months ago

I am very proud of my 'good post!' bit. Every post that actually makes me chuckle out loud, I respond 'good post!' Sometimes when I am sad, I search @bubbalu 'good post!' and click the 'see context' button. I never noticed the little 'star' button before so it's how I be about it.

[-] PointAndClique@hexbear.net 3 points 9 months ago

GOOD post (the star is for saves posts yeah? I save em but always forget to return to them)

On one of my old accounts I had a really funny AITA post about the characters from The Lighthouse movie

It was the funniest thing to me and I wish I didn’t delete my old account

[-] AOCapitulator@hexbear.net 3 points 9 months ago* (last edited 9 months ago)

it was on another alt but it made me feel very nice
