Why are warplanes taking off from a civilian airport?
National Guard forces, refueling, transit.
Also that’s a pretty normal thing across the globe. It’s pretty expensive and wasteful to maintain dedicated military airbases in places you don’t need them, and there is absolutely no reason to not land jets at a civilian airport to refuel or something similar.
Even military aircraft aren't safe when it's Boeing :skull:
