They got this shit locked for at least eight years, Walz is suburbanite catnip and Harris has the identity libs eating out her hands, along with big tech, wallstreet, and the zionist lobby who are now methodically eliminating the last holdouts of the post-2016 nascent left movement

There is no credible avenue of leverage here, the libs can effectively respond to any leftist utterance with accusations of racism, misogyny, and purity testing and it will stick. Already we have most liberals being one rhetorical step away from defending Walz unleashing the National Guard on BLM protesters

There is no point in engaging with domestic national politics at this current time, the ball is firmly overseas

The only series of events that can undermine this new DNC paradigm is Israel blowing up the world and the US mobilizing to save it. Not even the collapse of Ukraine can dent it now, since that was "Biden's project"

What happens when there's no more Trump to hold the Popular Front Against cheeto-man together? Won't the thing just start to collapse under the weight of its own contradictions, as the Democrats now lack a bonapartist figure like Trump to unite them through negative partisanship?

On the other hand, maybe they'll just get away scamming subsequent generations by inventing a new cheeto-man to rally against. Would that stick given the conditions. The base of the party won't be the same MSNBC TV addicts who live comfortably enough to indulge such a narrative without thinking.

Much has been made of the “vibe shift” without any change in platform. The DNC and acquiescent Liberal media is going to retcon 2020-2024 into Trumps Second term, with the kind of “hopey changey stuff” (like Obama and Clinton ‘92) tacked onto Harris Walz.

It's still a coin toss between a Trump victory or a Harris victory imo. The most convincing argument I've seen for a Trump victory is that the US economy will hit a major recession in 2024-2028 and the national security state would rather have it be under Trump, which will pave the way for Gruesome Newsome in 2028 since voters will blame the poor economy on the GOP. He's the real competent fascist. I don't think it's a coincidence that Newsome met with Xi or how, like Harris, he represents the interests of tech giants.
