Ending a strike by any means other than the workers' consent is quite definitionally forced labour.

When we fight we win!
Depends if the workers are based
"Unfair labor practice"... How is that even in the legal code?!
i don't know how workers could do anything i'd call that, but there's a lot of corporate bs that word fits
ULPs are just one side saying, "you didn't follow the rules". They usually don't matter for strikes because they take a while to get resolved and tend to come with no consequences outside of a government official telling one side to follow the rules. When the union wins one you can use it to motivate your members.
Boeing said the union had engaged in a "pattern of bad faith bargaining, and of issuing misinformation to its members about the status of negotiations.
Another choice quote that turns my stomach at the doublespeak “Boeing also said the union failed to “bring representatives to the bargaining table with the authority to reach an agreement.”
They don’t believe the union is actually committed to upholding their proposed labor contract, they believe that 33,000 people have been duped by a handful of commies or something. The question is, will the government agree with that assessment and bring “freedom and democracy” to the machinists union.
Dunno what's that about tbh, nothing on iam site
They think that a handful of people are controlling the information and thus the actions of the entire union, not each individuals efforts. In essence, they’re trying to delegitimize the current bargaining group to signal they want another round of folks to try bullying into concessions.
The Boeing corporation, well known for their honesty and forthrightness.
