~~This~~ His thinking is getting glitchier and glitchier. My theory is due to a brain fart he stuck in "but" and forgot "them". I think he meant to use his typical broken phraseology - something like this...
"A little concerning to me. The autonomous vehicles - we're going to stop them from operating."
To me that sounds 100% ordinary for Trump.

I just noticed the typo. I fear my thinking is getting glitchier and glitchier as well.
I immediately thought that this sounds almost like how Japanese puts the topic first.
Is Trump a weeb confirmed?
It reminds me of standup comics. They're fond of the construction and so is Trump.
The lead up to the punchline: "The autonomous vehicles..."
The punchline - so to speak: "We're going to stop them from operating."
