I have for a while been in a loop of getting on track, facing a small issue, and retreating from too many responsibilities. I think i need to hear some pretty "low level" (idk) advice, how do you pick up the pieces and keep going? How do you cope with feeling like you're constantly catching up, feelings of inadequacy, feelings of guilt for not meeting expectations in the past?

Leaving it broad in the hope this thread gets replies that could help others

It can take a few tries to find the right one, so don't give up if the first (or even second) doesn't work for you. Same with therapists.
