I'm going to say at least it feels more original than "frute brute".
They just needed to make her a clear distinct monster. I can't tell if she's supposed to be a zombie or the bride of Frankenstein.
Like all they had to do was put a yassified skeleton girl on the cereal box and I'm pretty sure that would have been better.
