Weren’t we federated with lemmy.world for a bit? I don’t remember us being overrun then. Hexbears are more active and stronger posters than lemmy libs, and we agree with each other on the main topics of contention vs libs so we back each other up more than they do. imo we’d need to be outnumbered a lot worse before libs started flooding into this wasp nest
No they preemptively de-federated before we even connected up. You are thinking of lem.ee or whatever, which is a bit more Reddit normie and we were overrun for quite some time even with mods doing massive purges
We weren't really overrun, and anyway, most of the people who specifically sought us out to debate bro us have blocked hexbear by now
