The court cases are the attempt to prevent Trump from running again. Probably they just want to keep him in court instead of out campaigning during the election. But if Trump wins anyways the cases won't matter. The liberal bourgeoisie won't break the rules to defeat Trump because their main criticism of him is he's a criminal. Any "deep state" bourgeoisie will try to puppet him for their personal narrow interests, ie war with Iran, or Venezuela, etc.

Those trials are doing a fantastic job of sucking all the air put of the room until they're ultimately another demonstration to thenpleds that rich people do what they want without consequence.

Or they can "put him on house arrest" that includes all his properties and he's allowed to "campaign" if they want to completely neuter liberals and let them claim they won without actually making any concessions.
