Really? I guess I don't know the fashion that well but he looks to me like he fell out of a time machine from the 70s, where he played rhythm guitar in a shitty band before being kicked out for somehow managing to be too much of a pedophile for a rock band in the 70s.
Splitting the difference because he was in a Rolling Stones cover band during the 80s. The rest is probably accurate, though.
