It's consistent if you consider that what they want is ownership and control over the sexuality of women. A real life woman needs to be covered up to deny her any sexual autonomy, but digital waifus that you have 100% control over? They better be as close to naked as possible.

There's a distinction to be made between "sexualized women" and just, like, sexual women I guess. Plenty of women enjoy feeling sexy, being sexually desired and making their sexuality a big part of their identity. That's not a sexualized person, and a fictional character who is like that is not "sexualized".

"Sexualized" means that the sexual aspects were imposed onto a character or person who does not see themselves the same way and does not want to present themselves like that, purely for the gratification of (usually male) onlookers. It's about agency and self-determination.

Chuds hate it when women have agency over their own sexuality, they hate it that women can make money off of onlyfans or bikini streams on twitch, that they can use their sexuality for their own benefit. They hate "promiscuous" women, women with active sex lives and women who like to wear short skirts in public. But only when they can't control it. They love when Andrew Tate pimps out women for his own benefit, they love their harem fantasies and when women are reduced to their sexuality by outside forces. They are very consistent in that regard, actually.
