Even if that's true, there's no way somebody else doesn't make and sell a similar one.

And just add the color, can't tell what color cause my screen is dark rn.

Seriously, go to enough vintage stores as a hobby, and you will find one like this soon enough.

This could be described as a trenchcoat, although there may be a more accurate/specific name because I don't know much fashion history.
