One of the interesting things about fallout is you never actually run into any of the enemies from the war I can think of. Like you never fight Chinese communists or russians or anything g like that.
All the people and things you meet are Americans reaction to the war. You never meet actual militant communists but there is a 50 foot tall capitalism bot.
Except maybe that fallout 3 dlc where you fight in a simulation of the Chinese invasion of Alaska to get some nice power armour.
the simulation is a racist caricature of a Chinese general seeing it from the eyes of uber patriotic chud American soldiers, it suppose to be offensive and done badly on purpose. It's an american propaganda simulation that was "corrected" by a general with racist views.
There are Chinese ghouls in one of the games, but I think they're feral.
